Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with our products, please do contact us first, we are always at your service. Please double check your order details(size, color) carefully before you place the order as all Auschalink dresses are made to order.

RETURNS
A1. Dresses that you are not satisfied with or don't fit perfectly:

● Return it, get a 80% refund;

● Keep it, get a 10%-20% compensatory refund;

● Order a new one with 80% off;
A2. Fabric orders cannot be returned.

B. Items that are irreparably damaged:

We will process a full refund, and you don't need to return the product.

▶We may not accept returns and refund, if customers chose the wrong color or provided the wrong size/measurements. The refund doesn't include shipping fee, and other service charges.

How to Return?

Returned merchandise must be in new condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair.

● Contact us within 7 days from the date your order was signed. Please attach some photos to show the damaged or unsatisfied details.
● We confirm it and send you the return address.
● Send us the online tracking number within 3 days from the date you got our shipping address.
● We process the refund in 7 days after receiving the parcel.

 

EXCHANGES
We NO NOT accept exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS
Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, but we also understand that sometimes customers need to cancel the order due to some reasons. How much you will get after cancelling an order depends on order status. Please check below to make sure your cancellation meets the conditions described.

Not Paid: Will be automatically canceled without payment in days;
Paid: 100% refund;
Processed: 90% refund;
In Production/Finished Production/Rejected: 10% refund;
For installment orders, as we only received 50% down payment, there is no need to refund any charges except for freight.
Picked Up/Shipped/Completed: Cannot be canceled;
